With conscious breathing and allowing our awareness to flow like water we will enter a peaceful state of mindful restorative relaxation through a unique combination of sound frequencies from several world instruments like: Didgeridoo, Singing Bowls, Sitar, Native Flute, Harmonica, Kalimba, Nature Sounds, Digital Soundscapes and more.
